The Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria (PPFN), is a national non-government organization promoting Reproductive Health (RH) in Nigeria. As a full member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), PPFN has expanded the scope of its programs beyond family planning to cover broad reproductive health and HIV/AIDS.

Job Title: Research & Evaluation Officer

Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to support the coordination
efforts in research and evaluation with particular emphasis on strengthening the research and evaluation component of the Global Fund Project for improved and sustained program performance.
Requirements:
?Degree in Applied Social Sciences or other relevant fields.
?Three years relevant work experience including <br />
<!--more-->no less than two years in NGO (preferably in RH).
?Excellent contextual, analytical, writing and oral communication skills.
?Familiarity with key national programs and international implementing support and donor organizations in SRH.
?Computer proficiency skills in the use of software packages; SSPS, EPI INFO, etc.
?Experience in research experience (design, data collection and analysis, and survey methods).
?Familiarity with varied socio-cultural issues as they relate to RH in the country and sensitivity to cross-cultural issues and concerns.
?Demonstrable capacity to develop methodologies and provide support in key thematic areas.
