Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance of network performance optimization process, served as Operator In Charge of planning and optimization center.
• Familiar with KPI evaluation system, with KPI negotiation experience.
• In-depth technical background in telecommunications network

Requirements

• Hands-on experience and knowledge on GSM/GPRS/UMTS/WCDMA network
• Good communication skills with English as the working language
• Lowest Education: Bachelor
